It’s crazy to me that we want racism to be gone yet we won’t stop doing things based on race. Even if intentions are good, it’s still racist.
Morgan Freeman says it well when he says we should stop talking about race/racism if we want racism to go away.
Just in 2020 alone, Division 1 Football only had 14 Black HC's out of 100 plus programs despite almost 50% of D1 players being Black!!!
