As far as I'm concerned, the levels that they take their players to, certainly justifies that kind of money.
Still, if the right school came along that had a roster loaded with blue chip talent, and offered them complete control over the football programs, I'm pretty sure they'd take it, even if it were for just a little more than what they're currently making as coordinators.

Venables and Elliot both know how to develop and use their talent pools. Having a nice pool of talent is very important, but if you don't know how to use them correctly, all bets are off.
Just look at all of those draft picks that we had on defense in 2015, and what one idiot (Brian Van Gorder) did with them...
By all rights, that should have been a top 10 defense as well as being a playoff team.
