mightily. Frankly, I don't see what special traits he showed that led to him being recruited by ND. Not mobile, short in stature, less than average arm, no pocket awareness.

Yeah, he's limited. But he also has to be coached to just throw the ball
when you have a wide open WR and an all out blitz. Let the WR make a play. There also should be some responsibility on Rees for making a rattled QB keep attempting slow developing routes against 0 coverage. Give the kid a chance to recover already, some kind of quick release route.
