I don’t care one way or the other.

No offense (pun intended), but TR has been ND's weakest link the past 2 years. He had a few games where he game planned and called good games, but those were the exception, not the rule. I refuse to give him any credit for adjustments in game, because he rarely, if ever, made any.
Like his mentor, the system is the system, is the system, regardless of the talent on the field.

You think they thought he was one of the best? Or perhaps, just a hot name out there? Similar to what TR has been the last couple of years despite the on field performance.
U think Nick is going to hire a piece of shit OC?
I believe Saban's been a little busy to get the whole TR picture.
The media's been pumping Rees as the next big thing for a couple years, That has to be what 's getting him this interview, because there's no way Saban hires him based on game tape.

Tommy Rees refused to get out of "WWBKD" mode, and called what he thought Brian Kelly would have called.
Without Kelly to guide him, the smoke and mirrors of 2020 and 2021 basically were removed, and everyone could see that Rees was a limiting factor.

And OC we lost and reduce the program to a stepping stone. The perception often becomes the reality.
....pay Moorehead the $$$ and get him here!

4 & 5 star talent. I’m surprised with his win, loss and bowl record at ND but Saban has a pretty good eye for talent.

Hopefully he doesn't watch the Irish offense's film from the last couple of years. TR might stay at ND if he does.

If he declines, Jim Tressel or Garrett Riley TCU
Just my 2 cents, as always I could be wrong.

QB play has been.
In the 4th Q of the Gator Bowl, we were driving down the field, and running over their exhausted front seven with our running game, getting 6+ yards each run. All we needed to do was run a couple of more Estime up the middle plays and we'd ice the game. Instead, he calls that quickout to a well defended side of the field.
In the USC game, we were driving and blowing back the Trojans' defensive line, and on a short yard opportunity for a 1st down, he calls a Logan Diggs run to the unblocked side of the field.
Then there the many times he'd call that stupid delayed handoff from the shotgun 5 yards deep on 3rd or 4th and inches.
If he would just have listened to conventional wisdom, we would have at least made a NY6 bowl.
