Could losing Harry be a bigger loss the Rees if he retires again?

He just started developing a new crop of linemen, and they showed very impressive improvement throughout the season. I suspect that he's going to want to be there for them, and enjoy the fruits of his labor.
He knows he has job security here, and we're happy to have him, since he's the best line coach we've had since Joe Moore.
He left because he and Kelly were oil and water. When Kelly left Hiestand was ready to come back that day.
Oil and water is a nice way to put it but it would be more accurate to just say that HH didn’t like working for an arrogant asshole.
