6'2" 190lb guy with BLAZING SPEED and outstanding production! I said last year how this guy was a hidden gem in Idaho who would end up at Nebraska or somewhere but soon 'Bama and SEC will come calling

You know the part that you’ve reminded us (bragged) about a dozen times

Yeah that makes a lot of sense

So yea it makes perfect sense ND didn't have a Head Coach, I would've loved to play for O'Leary. I loved how he utilized Kerry Watkins, Kelly Campbell and Dez White at GT but never was a big fan of Willingham, he was too stoic for me and I knew he would never fit Notre Dame.

DB I think. Primplty left for a mission, came back, didn't do much, if anything. So if these kids leave for two years, it may very well be ND doesn't want those holes in their roster. I'm speculating, but why would you go and have more than one pjayer leave for two years, not be capable of working out at a P5 S&C level, and hope he can contribute if he decides to return?? Doesn't make sense to me, but then there may be an explanation why ND would take that risk..
He was a higher 3 star safety, and was looking pretty promising out of high school.
He took his mission to Ecuador for a couple of years, and after that never could really settle into the program. By that time, Matthias Farley and Zeke Motta (both NFL draft picks) already locked down those positions.

Not to mention ELITE run after catch ability and ball skills in many jump ball situations....Actually now it makes sense that we didn't offer🤦🤦
Just wondering

He's an elite athlete playing WR. Go compare his tape to ND '24 recruit Jason Robinson or Greathouse or Flores last yr. Their route packages are what I'm talking about. Nothing wrong with elite speed like Bair, you can't teach speed but getting track guys to stop and gear down can be difficult. Hope he kills it on the next level, just not VS ND.
Greathouse is an ELITE route runner and Flores is a very good route runner. Bair and Robinson are close tonthe same except Bair is just 2x more explosive, dynamic and 4 inches taller. Interested to know what you consider basic routes? I could say they're all simple once you've played Football long enough or at least a few years of Collegiate level ball. Coming from a Track background alot of the smaller guys have trouble gearing down as opposed to the long strider so it didnt appear to be a problem for him at 6'2" but lets see how they all pan out.
routes. And rocket wasn't exactly a polished receiver coming out of high school.

Bair is NOT in the class of route running as Jason Robinson. The 4,5 routes you mentioned Fade, Post, Drag, Sluggo are long routes didn't see much stemming just running by guys and that's probably what he'll do the majority of his career. Micah Gilbert tape has more comebacks routes and shows his ability to sink his hips at 6-2, 6-3. Bair is a hard charging WR like Michael Floyd with more speed. He's not a make you miss in a phone booth guy. Saying Robinson and Bair are equal route runners is enough for me. You're obviously a fan of his and not very objective when critiquing or evaluating. Or you just want to nitpick Freeman and Stuckey which wound be asinine considering how the WR room looks and is looking
You say we have 4 here at Notre Dame??

He ran 20.47 over the weekend at BYU Invit'l and is giving track up for Football after this Spring!!! Seems like he makes to much sense for us to recruit 1100yd WR with NFL measurables and LEGIT World Class speed in no mans land with almost 4.0 GPA!
Back in da day, 1980s, we'd be over the moon if we could break 11 seconds/100 meters, and get near 21/200 meters. Incredible progression...

This guys turnover is crazy and he's 5'2"
We still ran 100/220 yards because some HS tracks were still configured in the old metrics. Biggest change though was the quality of the tracks. Best times always on synthetic, slower times on dirt. That's probably the biggest difference I've seen. A lot fewer dirt tracks now than then. I remember running my fastest times at San Jose State's stadium. Damn, that field was fast and true...

Bama! Why wouldn't they want a guy like that to add to their TRIO of 4.3 guys🤦🤦
Too highly rated, can’t take anyone inside the top 1,000
Too many good offers, need to settle for kids that only get G5 offers & below.
Means nothing if they feel the kid isn't a fit systematically or culturally
