GO IRISH
It was a wonderful and hilarious scene.
How old are you? ...We've met before and you did not look that much older than me. I would have guessed at most you were like 5 years older than me...at most!
We've met?
BA '75 and MBA in '77.
I thought we did..at the UCLA game in '06?
You were kinda tall with a large build, dark black hair and a beard I think.
I woulda still been 33 then and by appearance I would have pegged you as 38-40ish.
Possibly as I was at the game. I am a bit heavy but only 6 ft. Don't remember if I had a beard at that time. I remember talking to a guy who was there with his dad who played at UCLA.
Weird for you have to made that connection now.
Well I'm only 5'11", so 6 and up is tall to me. lol..just remember you were a pretty big dude.
I wasn't there with my dad, flew in solo from San Diego as I was still stationed at MCAS Miramar then. It was my first game in South Bend, so not trying to be weird, but I was at UHND tailgate and made it a point to remember those I met from the board.
I'm like 99% sure it was you, I'm just surprised you were around 50 at that game, I would have thought you were like 40 at most.
I'm not the guy you're thinking of because I have never been to a UHND tailgate.
One never knows because, as we find out all the time, the world is smaller than we think.
Go Irish!
blew the roof off. A few years later went out for NY eve and Webber was the bartender at a steak place next to the old Ho-joes on 31 just north of Cleveland road.
I had the better night!
by the end of the game she was a fan for life.
It was the most enjoyable New Years Eve of my lifetime.

I watched all by myself as my parents and their buddies partied elsewhere.
So much fun. Those were great days.
Happy New Year all!!
