I'm not so sure that Mr. Rhodes fellow law school alums on the SCOTUS want to go that far...
The interesting part is that accused seditionist makes clear they were marching to Trump's drumbeat -- exactly what the January 6th Commission has established.
If only Baron et al would acknowledge the obvious -- that Trump orchestrated a frontal assault on the Temple of our democracy.
