Where is the rule of Law in our dual Justice system?

Thank God for McConnell. But fret not, Merrick and the rest of the DOJ will be under the microscope after the midterms. Him, Fauci, the Bidens et al. The Republicans will ferret out the corruption.

apparently violating the law...as for the violent acts on Pro-Life facilities, I'm hoping that the perpetrators get caught and prosecuted...there are non-violent ways of resolving disagreements, and in the case of abortion the will of the people will eventually be recognized.
Note that a recent poll in Arizona showed that 91% wanted to maintain the option of legal abortion...since 1975 similar polls have produced the same result.

is in hot pursuit of those perpetrators...from what I've seen of Merrick Garland, I have little doubt that he seeks equal justice.
And they would have people think we despise women, when they try to stop us from helping women. Totally disgusting. Shows that they want abortions more than they want to help women.
I've asked this question numerous times without a response...why do 91% of Arizonans, and frankly all Americans, favor keeping the option of legal abortions available?...hint: it has something to do with women's lives.
Please answer the question.

ensues when trying to decide what limitations should be enacted...we should discuss that aspect, while acknowledging the fundamental right of a woman to decide whether or not to seek an abortion.
This is typically a difficult decision for the woman and consultation on options should be made available, but IMO not aggressively imposed by either Pro-Life, or Pro-Choice advocates...again more discussion is warranted.
When I posted "Abortion" under Quest's post the other day about "tangible solutions to crime" I meant it.
No woman should have to have a child they don't want and no child should be born into unwantedness.
But, there should be limits as well. If you believe in a soul, that complicates things. If you believe in sentience, conciousness and the experience of pain, it complicates it further.
Abortion on demand is ghoulish.
All life is sacred is naive.
the same way...for instance, the root of Catholicism is Judaism which believes that "Personhood" begins at birth, while other Christian religions believe it occurs at "Quickening", as do Muslims or Hindus...therefore, it's inappropriate for one religion's view to take precedence and cause the government to force everyone's adherence to what frankly is a minority opinion, especially considering the major impact on people's lives that such laws would entail.
To me, the best path is to focus on means of dramatically reducing the number of "Unwanted Pregnancies", and to accomplish that we need a) widely available (and zero cost if necessary) means of contraception..b) universal Sex/Sexuality Education for all ages...and c) $$ to fund programs that make carrying a pregnancy to term "doable" for women on the fence deciding. The evidence I've seen (and posted) from European countries is compelling for each of those areas...e.g. the percentage of abortions in those countries is half what ours is...without all the rancor.
Regarding your second paragraph, (a) we already have cheap contraception, (b) sex education is already available, (c) funding is available from private charities right now, including clothes, education, housing, and medical care (granted, leftist radicals are fire bombing the places where women can get this charitable help).

Hey, up to a few days after birth. Why not?
based on available data I've seen, only ~1% of abortions occur later than 24 weeks and there are often legitimate medical reasons which we should discuss...but first you should take the time to read a link I've posted before regarding such data (see attached).
btw, I'm still waiting for someone on this board to answer the question I posed to Ned...WHY do the vast majority of Americans favor legal access to abortions?

Didn't see that you asked me a question. Apparently, you want me to tell you "WHY do the vast majority of Americans favor legal access to abortions?" Um, ok. I guess I suspect there are many reasons, mostly due to a lack of thinking the issue through coupled with a lack of sympathy for children that they cannot see and therefore don't have to think about, so they take the easy way out. Probably the same reason the Germans ignored the holocaust at the time but are horrified about it now: It was out of sight and out of mind then, but they know the horror of it now. There will come a time when future generations think about the many millions of children killed by abortion as a second holocaust. For now, they try not to think about it. If they were marched through a planned parenthood clinic by Patton, they would think twice about it.
My question for you: Why do you think that the vast majority of Americans want some limits on abortion and oppose 100% abortion on demand in every case, like you do?
[PS: I will be at the ND-BYU weekend. Take my lack of response over the next few days as an indication that I am having a good time with friends, not as me not having an answer for you.]
I do hope I'm wrong and about that, but that's what I see.
that all the other 91%ers, who include people of all Parties and Religions, would say the same. Unfortunately, the only way to resolve it is through the political process.
btw, if you are concerned about people using abortion for political expediency...ask all those GOP candidates like Dr. Oz why they are suddenly flipping their opinions on the matter now that they are facing backlash from the 91%ers who haven't changed their views since polling began in 1975...and they aren't all Dems, either.
