so, should one state have that much control of interstate commerce? If California is granted that much control, other states should take other liberties with immigration and the like.
the 2018 Ballot measure passed in CA by a 63% to 37% margin (see link)...but that wasn't the first time this issue came up...back in 2008 a less stringent measure passed, and egg producers have largely complied...not so for the pig farmers...
Should be interesting to see who wins...producers or customers...given our SCOTUS make up, I'm betting on the producers.
