given Biden's acknowledged affinity for labor, I'm not surprised that some union reps would seize the opportunity to push him hard...might work, but let's see how this all shakes out before reaching any conclusions on his ability to get a deal done...btw, he already has gotten several unions to accept his September deal, so that's a lot better than none, wouldn't you say.

Presidential Emergency Board to deal with the dragged out 2 year impasse...that effort produced agreement amongst a majority of unions and railroads...more work to be done with a few holdouts.
