He said this 3 days before the midterms after apologizing to Manchin. Only Fetterman has him beat in the malfunctioning brain department.
But oil company profits! Putin! Trump!

We are seeing this already in Europe. This will be played out everywhere in the years to come.
They are blind cultists who simply do not care about the consequences of their actions.
The Prime Directive - must kill fossil fuels! Do not accept any arguments! Censor them all - stay focused on the Prime Directive!
them for really unique and important uses like plastics, fertilizers, medicines, etc., etc., and shifting to Nuclear Power, Wind, Solar and Hydro for heat and power...makes perfect sense to me and many others.
Note...if we don't incinerate FFs we can often Recycle them...sound good to you?
Even if Climate Change wasn't a global threat...which 193 nations agree that it is...or the availability of FFs wasn't a concern...which it is, especially for the U.S. where we have only 5 years of Proven Reserves left at our current consumption rate...any reasonable and responsible society would opt for the power sources I mentioned instead of FFs which are decidedly "Finite" and better utilized when not burned.
Lemme guess, you'd be proud if she were.

this sort of behavior is not acceptable...it would be better to hold a legally allowed, and peaceful, rally in the Capitol of a major country attended by many thousands of citizens expressing their demands for change (see our First Amendment..."...or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.")...not unlike the peaceful BLM gathering in D.C. (which was then un-peaceably broken up by a non-receptive Government).
As for this issue...the unlawful activist was undoubtedly frustrated that so many people are failing to "Look Up".
Back to you, Iggle...
Yeah, me neither.
continue to rely exclusively on Fossil Fuels?

unless you've got one to offer, we've gone far enough off the path. ;-)
Perfectly exemplified by your absurd assertion that we only have 5 years left of proven reserves in the US. Good lord are you a lemming who just drinks in the bullshit.
You kill your credibility on this board every day.
Does it get old?
Don’t answer…..I really don’t care to know your response.
Edit - typo
than once...is from our Energy Information Administration (EIA) which gets all its data from O&G industry outputs...and the industry does not refute that data...I'm not making anything up or fantasizing the situation...just so everyone is clear on the foundation of this debate.
Given that we are in a very 'Precarious' situation, it is imperative that we shift away from the burning of Fossil Fuels ASAP here in the U.S....note also that British Petroleum regularly puts out its own estimate for years remaining of Worldwide Oil Reserves under current consumption rates and that is approximately 47 years...not at all "Infinite", is it? Once again...I don't make up BP's projections, so don't blame the 'Messenger'.
Some people...e.g. Curly, just yesterday...believe that there is no cause to worry about "Proven" reserves being so small because there is so much "Probable" and "Yet to be Discovered" reserves out there (e.g. from Fracking)...yet he and they close their eyes to the unprofitability of, and waning of, the Fracking Industry...and more importantly, the urgency for the U.S. to come up with PROOF of the availability of those "Probable" and "Yet Undiscovered" reserves within a very short time span...In essence we here in the U.S. are 'Dependent on the "Kindness of Others" who do have much greater resources...very bad situation to be in as a political power.
Aside from my resonance with Obama's policies, when I watched him debate McCain in 2008...because of my own experience in the energy field...I was highly impressed when he responded to the debate moderator's question to each of them..."What would be your #1 Priority as President"...McCain essentially said "Everything"...but Obama said "ENERGY"...it is THE critical item that enables EVERYTHING else that we do and hope to do...he also went on to explain that ENERGY deeply impacts us in the global arena...poorly, if we have to rely on others (e.g. for FFs)...and given that the amount we have is very limited...note: ANWR could provide maybe one extra year of oil reserves...we absolutely need to convert our HEAT and POWER generation to Nuclear and Renewables...now that is what I call real LEADERSHIP...not like those who close their eyes and ears to documented reality, such as that from the EIA and BP.
Until folks like you, Nigel, wake up to this reality you're just making the transition...which is underway...that much harder and painful...
Zero data to support your absurd assertion of 5 years of proven reserves.
as for "Ignoring" I hope you don't...but it is an option...your choice....
btw, just know that such action doesn't stop me from correcting you in front of others...with you unable to respond...not the way I choose to debate...but that's just me.
