And the way that it is written is deceptive to those voitng so as to fool them.
Worst is that it will be written as an amendment to the starte constitution.
It will likely pass due to the combination of two factors - the deceptive wording and that about 50 million dollars have flodded in from liberal money sources to push it while the prolife movement had about 24 thousand dollars to oppose it with advertising. It is a true David vs Golaith situation.......................just like an actual abortion.
In the last election. He used backwards verbiage to make it as confusing as possible. The good people of PA still figured it out though.
Shall the Pennsylvania Constitution be amended to change existing law and increase the power of the General Assembly to unilaterally terminate or extend a disaster emergency declaration—and the powers of Commonwealth agencies to address the disaster regardless of its severity pursuant to that declaration—through passing a concurrent resolution by simple majority, thereby removing the existing check and balance of presenting a resolution to the Governor for approval or disapproval?
Before there were none and it was just the Gov. who made the decision to declare the disaster and keep in going forever.
