Stalin said, 'Those who cast the votes decide nothing, those that count them decide everything'. We have a controversy in this Country right now and those who question election integrity are villified as being 'anti Democracy'. As citizens, don't we have an obligation to question this and to do everything we can to make sure protocols are in place in our election process to assure an accurate vote count?
