Sure, it's murder for a few days, but once total mental collapse occurs, that eases the pain. It really cleans out the colon and activates the cells and whatnot. Gets all the chakras in line too, probably.
Then I follow up with my annual month of serious homeopath detox. But since the exact start date will depend on astrological conditions and their effect on my chi and seven life energies, I can never be sure when I'll be done.
