Yet, the judiciary is a vital check n balance. So, we have to respect their rulings.
Curious whether the US Supreme Court will hear this case. Have not read the 5th Circuit Opinion.

sending them off in the wrong direction with too much runway on the 2nd Amendment. This "Originalism" mentality is creating unnecessary chaos for not just gun control, but also the abortion issue. Curious to know if you've read Laurence Tribe's book, "The Invisible Constitution"...deals with this issue...I'm amazed at his mental constructs/drawings for "Geometric...Geodesic...Global...Geological...Gravitational, and Gyroscopic Constructions...a remarkable man.

easy to obtain. In a domestic case a female will have one on a guy that day. These orders are obtained even with no acts of violence. She can tell her story and easily have one the same day.
Not saying this is a bad idea but it’s probably not a one size fits all.
