On the first night, they crowded 50 of them into a church basement meant to hold 10.
I think that was on account of the fact that the migrants would feel so uncomfortable staying in swanky vacation homes, eating unprocessed, fresh food, and sleeping in silk sheet beds. I mean, you don't just move the peasants into the lord's manor overnight. You have to ease them into that sort of lifestyle slowly. Very slowly.
