Nice try with the meme...whatever makes you happy...in the real world, however, there are rats to be
found in every major city...especially in subways...rats gotta eat and humans (Dem and Rep) don't always do a good job of cleaning up after they eat/snack...mayors can't enforce good behavior, so the rats continue to thrive.
