Today's lesson in the differences between Dems/Qonservatives (Republicans) candidates and voters

Qonseravtive Candidates
The top 2 candidates in the QOP primary will be Ron DeSatan and Trump. Both of these candidates are more or less the same person. They feel governing means conforming society to a Utopian like state that a minority of people believe. They prey on the worst fears of their voters (immigrants taking their jobs, gays converting their kids, etc) while personally not holding those same believes. The sum it all up, Qonservatives are shit bags who will say and do anything for the sake of power and don't care about the majority of Americans and force more government than less. They have followed the playbook of historical autocratic rulers and have right wing media to back them up. They have made the moderate, rational Republican irrelevant.

Qonservative voters
At one point were borderline sane voters, but have converted to the dark side via daily indoctrination via Fox News, OAN, Newsmax, etc. These once sane people want to be lead by the nose by their autocratic leaders and have abandoned any thought of being reasonable. They also believe America can be the Utopian like state where there is no pornography, gays, transsexuals, etc. They believe moderate, rational Republicans are RINOs who shouldn't even breath the same air a Dem takes in, let alone work with them on sensible legislation.

Democrats Candidates
Biden, hopefully in the future Gavin Newsome and any other Democrat not considered in the "Squad" are practical, common sense led who govern with the majority of the Americans in mind. They realize we don't live in 1940 anymore and our societal and economic approaches also need to evolve. They don't always come up with the best solutions but they are not solutions that perceived to work 80 years ago. They know governing isn't saying the most bombastic things and preying on the worst fears. of their voters They are not beholden to the looniest wing of their party yet know how to work within their party to achieve desired results.

Democrat voters
Like Qonservatives there are some fringe voters who will pull the level for a Dem. I'm not talking about Antifa types, etc because I truly don't believe those people vote. However, Dem voters are practical and want to see progress made to a better future for our kids and our kids, kids. They realize trying to hold on to 1940's legislation is stupid af and want their elected officials to come up with common sense legislation by working with rational Republicans.

I'll tell you how I know later. But suffice it to say that it would have been enough just knowing that you couldn't string even drivel like this together on your own.

I'm very much liking what I'm hearing from this man...handles himself well...definitely capable of even greater responsibility. Kudos to JB as well for orchestrating this journey through the 'labyrinth'...takes a lot of knowledge and experience with the inner workings and players at the national level...not done yet, but looking good.

Dems and Republicans are increasingly irrelevant. Indies are by far the biggest block of voters,

Their issues have little to do with the hot button media driven nonsense and they don’t care a wit for all the clap track you posted.

Bill Clinton said it perfectly: It’s the economy stupid.

If Indies are stressed economically they will vote against the party in power.

Indies don’t fret about ideology. They care about their pocketbook!

As to cultural issues they don’t care UNLESS these seem to disturb their children’s education.

Even in Trump's 4 years there was no legislation that severely impacted the economy. It grew at the same rate it did 4 years prior to him being elected.

What blew up the economy is Trump and the executive branch of government not properly executing a plan that mitigated the effects of a pandemic.

Jimmy Carter was incredibly unlucky when OPEC wrecked rhe world's economy and Bill Clinton was incredibly lucky when Al Gore invented the internet.

LBJ did spend like a drunken sailor but inflation only crashed the economy years later and led tro Nixon's impeachment and Jimmy Carter's single term and then Reagan benefitted from the recovery.
