Hard no.

This wasn't like some LinkedIn suggestion either. I recently quit my job at a fortune 500 on moral grounds. And one of the relationships I had developed was a director level person at another fortune 500. So I had a call with this person to ask if I can use them as a reference and secondarily, do you know anyone who is looking for someone with my skills? First name he had was a defense contractor, and immediately "nope, what else?"

consistently made the wrong decision?
This was that situation, he fired the wrong people and hired the wrong people. The few holdovers from the great group of people that got moved over were bound by their pensions, one of them has worked there for 27 years. But I weighed the options and the only thing I could live with was to not participate. So I quit a really good job.
