I have an easier time buying shoes from a Maison in Paris than a mall store in my area.
I get far better quality as well. I'll gladly pay more for that.
On-line and small businesses are the way to shop or eat these days.
Just buying something in these big box stores is a ridiculously complex process of membership rewards, scanning items yourself, choosing how many bags you used and getting stared down by some shoplifting specialist while you do all the work checking out youself.

The idea seems to be that customers will go there to look at items and then order online. I suppose it saves on inventory and employee headcount. However, it is very annoying.
