I think it's quite remarkable that an academic like you would smear anyone who pursues his religion
in a manner in keeping with its teachings to be a "fundamentalist". I honestly would never think of Hasids, Orthodox Jews, Muslims, or devout Catholics like that. I simply do not care what religion they pursue as long as they don't use it as a basis to hurt me. But if you're an academic like yourself, it gives you free range to tar them as "fundamentalists." On the basis of their religion alone, you call them outcasts.

lower middle class neighborhoods whose occupants are blue collar workers, I see Trump signs. That, versus the upper middle class to wealthy neighborhoods where the Biden signs are prevalent.
