Say something over and over and over, and it starts to seem true. We will see it a lot in the coming months.
No collusion! No obstruction! Best economy ever.

That was an infinitely better deal than Putin taking 4 Oblasks and probably 4 more.
May I remind you that Chris thinks the solution to end this war is to Finlandisize Ukraine?
He is essentially saying that Putin's deal in 2022 was infinitely better than what we have today.
Like say, Belarus?
The Ukes are made of sterner stuff than that.
I suspect both Putin and you want a "puppet" government in Ukraine, like in Belarus... and later in all the Baltic states.
And what gives Putin the right to tell Ukraine (or any sovereign country) what it can and cannot do?

Putin has failed - he will not change the “Nazi regime” in Kiev.
Fuck that guy, and fuck anyone in this country who praises him.

own future and are highly motivated...Afghanistan was our initiative...not the Afghanis.
Don't forget, so long as Ukraine has the will, they have allies in the EU and U.S. who do "look deeper" into the conflict and have a combined GDP that is 10X that of Russia. Putin is the one on the short end of this conflict.
Kinda ironic that Putin launched his Ukraine invasion after he saw our chaotic flight from Afghanistan.
continuation of his animus toward Ukraine for kicking out his puppet, Yanukovych, in 2014...which led to the annexation of Crimea.
Speaking of Afghanistan, what's your guess on what would have happened had Biden stuck with Trump's May 1 withdrawal date...i.e. only 3+ months after taking office with hardly any Special Visas being created for Afghans who saved American lives over the previous 20 years?
You should at least have a cup of coffee to clear your head before posting ;-)

As to Afghanistan... it seems to be the most hopelessly fucked up country in the world and I feel it was a huge mistake for us to ever go there. However, I feel we might have exited more gracefully.

Reza Aslan's book "No God, But God"...shows the more moderate side of the religion as well as an understanding of the theology that drives extremists.
As for the posts...this topic is highly nuanced, and it is rash to make a bold statement that "The Taliban" supports ISIS-K...ISIS-K terrorists have emerged from the Taliban, but without the blanket support of that group.
Have to wonder what God, Allah, Yahweh thinks about all this...
