top ;-)...auto makers (like Kia and Hyundai) need to upgrade their products with simple fixes that make it much more difficult for them to be stolen. If they make the changes to be in line with the majority of car makers, auto theft statistics will plummet, and the usual suspects...i.e. teens and young adults...won't be occupying court rooms and police officers' time...plus, your insurance rates won't rise so much.
