admirable.
After all, when do leftist policies ever deviate in practice from how they are initially sold?

Liberalism Rule #4 - We believe ourselves to be smarter thus, we cannot admit that we are wrong.
i. Admitting mistakes undermines the premise of being smarter, ergo self correction is not possible.
I am fine for cashless bail for those who have not been assessed as a threat to the community, have been assessed at a probability of showing for court, and the offense is non violent. In practice though in many places it doesn’t work that way. I will say though in cash bail places, there are also a fair number of detainees being held that don’t belong there. It burdens the county prison system immensely. So, it’s not the black and white issue that both sides try to make it.
