And on the other hand I suppose the Green New Desl must have funds to convert our Navy to sailing vessels and our Air Force to dirigibles and our Army to a cavalry,

...I remember when the Dems ripped Trump for wanting to refill the SPR, when the price per barrel was about 2/3 less than it is now. They ripped the effort as a bail out to the oil industry and called it reckless. Chuck Schumer in particular was especially vocal.
Oh, never mind. Things are totally different now.
btw, given DJT's signature legislation...i.e. tax breaks for corps and the wealthiest Americans...there's ample reason to see his proposed 75Bbl purchase as a prop for the oil industry...the Malignant Narcissist is mentally incapable to doing the right thing...or telling the truth.

Of course! A CNN fact check - well done. Naturally you refute nothing I posted. Keep up the great work.
accept that you made the mistake of buying what Trump was selling...ALWAYS a mistake...
btw, if you place your bets on what DJT says, you're going to lose "BIGGLY" ;-)...very poor judgement on your part.
Post something tangential to the original post. Challenge people to refute said tangential post. Completely ignore the message of the original post.
Your act is tired.

a lot of parts....here's one...

That year the SPR sold 1 million barrels to UNIPEC America, a Houston-based arm of China's Sinopec. In 2017, under former President Donald Trump, some SPR oil was sold to PetroChina International, a subsidiary of Chinese state oil company PetroChina Co Ltd.

As for what's actually going on right now, read the attached article which outlines the strongly bipartisan approach to SPR sales vis-a-vis China.

keep the price of gas and inflation down so they can stay in power.
Like Putin’s War on Ukraine…remember how itt all came about?
I’m also guessing you haven’t taken the time to read anything about the SPR.

So high interest rates and gas prices are bad and now low interest rates and gas prices are bad too?
Some people just like to complain, I guess.

What are the odds we'll see them again this year... and will You be "upset" of we don't?
If you borrow money or buy a car there is no guarantee that interest rates and gas prices won't fluctuate. Everyone knows, or ought to know, that's the deal going into it.
If it upsets people they have no one to blame but themselves. You borrowed too much money and/or you bought more car than you can afford. C'est tres dommage. I'm not going to feel sorry for you or bail you out.

Wishing you a terrific afternoon and evening.
Good day.
Sounds like lecturing from a different country that has its own massive problems.
Can you deny that?
You're not going to bail anybody out.
I hope you lightly sprain your ankle sometime next week.
Sincerely,
Have a day.
You seem to have missed the point.
But in my initial post I fully understand and appreciate your need to politicize everything, even good things that come your way. You know, you could just be thankful for lower interest rates and gas prices without the need to constantly see everything through a political lens, and complain about it. Even if it is being done for purely political reasons, how about just enjoying the sunshine instead of scanning the horizon for a cloud?
