Then again, I was a ground pounder...but I literally laugh out loud at this video.
If you hear the "didididididi" before you hear the "brrrrrrrt" the plane is coming toward you...if you hear the "brrrrrrt" first (my preferred order of the sound), then the A-10 is closer to you than the impact area. Sometimes you hear them at about the same time. Either way, it is still laying down effective fire. Gotta love the A-10. I know they try to kill it in appropriations all the time, but they almost need to keep it for ground troop morale.

They aren’t okay in my book except in some of the rare cases that are now in the forefront.
Rape, incest, a non viable child, statistically rarer things. For birth control, no they aren’t morally okay in my book. However, like you I would be willing to compromise on the subject. On that issue, I’m more with Orange than Biden.

Frank, how would 'restrictions' be implemented for cases other than rape, incest, etc.?...given the
previous experience with R v W , the vast majority of abortions occur prior to 20 weeks (especially with mifepristone) it doesn't seem feasible to fairly adjudicate any case as being permissible, or not...therefore, IMO we come back to a 'Woman's Choice'...no?
A post 15-17 week ban like many European countries except for these rare cases.

I don’t.
It's not my call...the 'drivers' of abortion are so varied and personal, both physical and mental
that I don't see how strangers can fairly judge the morality of each and every case. While we might deign to pass judgement, we just don't know what caused that regrettable decision by a person who is entitled to live their own life w/o a truly unwanted pregnancy being created against their will.
That being said, it is IMO incumbent on Faith leaders, Educators, Political Leaders, and of course Parents to emphasize the precious value of life and not make such a decision rashly or without consultation. Therefore, I favor a return to Roe v Wade...we've been through this soul-searching before.
As I've noted before...my solution for reducing Un-Wanted pregnancies that lead to abortion is three-fold...1) Easy access to Contraceptives for all...2) Sex & Sexuality (i.e. Relationships) Education for ALL ages, and 3) Funding for programs that make it "Bearable" to carry a pregnancy to term.
