The Prosecutor must prove the defendant's guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.

One way or the other the Bragg case is a disaster for the Dems. Acquittal is humiliation and conviction is a travesty of justice. Bringing this case was a huge blunder… as crucial as flooding the country with illegal aliens,

Of course this judge could give jury instructions that somehow create a crime out of thin air.

Cohen has been convicted for lying on multiple occasions. He is openly hateful toward Trump for not appointing him to WH position. This is the "star witness" of the Biden case against Trump (yes, Biden's star lawyer left WH post to prosecute this case with DA Bragg)???

Judge places a gag order on Trump. judge simply warns Cohen but does NOT gag, and he gets to keep disparaging Trump. Even Dems are admitting this is bad.

If Trump is anything but acquitted, it will be a travesty.

No matter how Cohen does on the stand, it will be viewed as a win against Trump.

Daniels basically was a flop and was touted as a Trump killer. I expect the same with Cohen. He is this year's Michael Avenatti. They are making Trump look like a martyr but just cannot help themselves.

You and too many others are incapable of making reasoned judgements...without your votes for a Fraud, Rapist, and Insurrectionist, we wouldn't have this problem.

There's a reason the judge hasn't "tossed him in jail" for calling out his bias.Merchan doesn't want

Yes, I expect that his testimony will be "devastating!" and "could put Trump in Rikers!"

You know, the ones where he is mocking Trump and wearing a T shirt with orange Trump behind prison bars?

Now there is a witness with no ulterior motives to lie, right? And just because he has lied profusely, and even though he has been convicted of it doesn't mean he will lie this time against the guy he hates, right?

The only reason Trump is being prosecuted is his last name.

Given the crime and other problems in NY, this is a waste of taxpayer dollars and resources, and likewise the building valuation case.

It's one thing to convene Congressional hearings and things like that, but when you get into court and use it as a weapon of persecution, that's a bad look.
