Will SCOTUS blow up the debate?
Rumor is that the immunity decision will be out just before they take the stage.
My guess is that they punt it back down to the lower court for more "fact finding."
Regardless, this should be a hot issue at the debate.

It might make lawfare the central issue of the debate... if the "moderators" even bring it up.

The Court has already given Trump de facto immunity.
By granting cert and lolly gagging in ruling on an issue that was neither ripe for review nor a close question, they have effectively delayed the trial until after November.
They will remand the case to guarantee that Trump not stand trial before the election.

explain why they would be interfering?
