for their home. She's obviously for Gay Marriage - seeing she married an in-the-closet homo who receives Medicare. But she hates Government but has only ever been employed in Gov jobs.
Obscure mostly half truths on family matters that you feel are primary issues that determine her qualification to serve as president trumps the holocaust of progressive liberal policy and spending! Therefore:
The socialists win! That was easy!

WASHINGTON -- Like many members of Congress, Rep. Michele Bachmann has been a fierce critic of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, blaming the government-backed loan programs for excesses that helped create the financial meltdown in 2008.
And like millions of other home purchasers, Bachmann took out a home loan in 2008 that offered lower costs to the borrower through one of the federally subsidized programs, according to mortgage experts who reviewed her loan documents.
Just a few weeks before Bachmann called for dismantling the programs during a House Financial Services Committee hearing, she and her husband signed for a $417,000 home loan to help finance their move to a 5,200-square-foot golf course home, public records show. Experts who examined the loan documents for The Washington Post say they are confident that the loan was backed by Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac.

Such behavior usually belies an underlying insecurity in one's own convictions ("Well, if the other side has a demon, then it is ok to go along with this shit to avoid something even worse").
We all know your vote has been predetermined (democrat), and there is literally NOTHING that could possibly happen that could change your vote. A rational response to your attacks will be guaranteed to fall on deaf ears. You do not want to hear that most home loans are insured by Fanni and Freddie. You do not want to hear that just because a person took a loan out within the existing banking system, it does not mean that this same person is not allowed to point out improprioties within that system and propose change.
You should sit back sometime and ask yourself why you feel the need to demonize, but of course denial will be your course of action.
And you'd be right, I have never pointed out the inadequacies of those on the left. So, you of fine morality must be right.
Look in the mirror Champ.
You deserve this, twice.
Poor chap.

What your linked article does say is,
"Experts who examined the loan documents for The Washington Post say they are confident that the loan was backed by Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac".
Now, do you understand who give the loan and who securitizes it? Do you think you get a choice about this? Your embarassing yourself.

...and she had a mortgage that was backed by them. Nice seizure there, Felix. Btw, she did work as a tax attorney and raised 20 more children than you did, but, nah, that's not a job at all.
They've done things no other person ever has before or will do again.
They are such heroines, women of strength and principle.
Thank you Killshot and BaronVonZemo.
...lamest you have been in a while.
Afterall, she's a woman, she looks somewhat like her too. She must be the same.
Small minds.
edit: sp
and that we should all look up to her for her great strength. Most of your posts are as dumb as any of the Slacker/airishcheeks posts!
It's odd that the GOP would have two women as the face of their party and those two women are complete dingbats. Yeah I know, all white women look the same to you.
You're an idiot.
Palin's child has Down's Syndrome, not Autism and yes, it's pretty heroic that she kept the baby after finding this out in the first trimester. Ask your liberal girl friends if they'd do the same.

There is nothing heroic in loving your own children.
are heroes. Parents that provide for and love their special needs children go above and beyond. I'm sure that's something you can't comprehend.
Again, ask one your liberal girlfriends if they'd go to term with a Down's baby.
All species rear children to one effect or another.
You and BuffoonVonDipshit misuse "hero". It's a sentimentality and nothing more when used that way.
You probably fell for the Jeep commercials a few years ago which claim Jeep to be a hero.

completely. It's true that all species rear children. It's not true that all people provide for and love their children. The parents that do that are heroes to their children and other good parents alike, IMO. No offense, but it's something that you can't understand until you're a parent.
There is still nothing heroic in loving your children. Nothing.
You may see yourself as a hero for being a parent, but sadly, you are nothing more than a parent.
You likely have never lived in a home with a special needs child - it's difficult, but hero? no.
Sure, in contemporary terms, a good parent is a good thing; it's just not being a hero.
Self-proclaimed, of course.

I know some who have adopted special needs kids who would otherwise be without parents. I'm talking kids with sever disabilities. I've encountered foster parents who willingly take on extremely troubled kids not for the money but of genuine love. They're truly heroes.
I will agree that simply loving and caring for your kids does not qualify as "heroic." But we've defined down the concept of "hero" so far, it barely has meaning anymore.
Is it the only way your twisted conscience can justify voting for such a poor president as Barack Obama?
Do you have a problem with women? (Well, of course you do. But I mean other than socially here).
And what is it with the NDNation lingo "moran"? Did you get tired of the echo chamber over there? What was your handle so we can put it all together?
You remind me of someone.
PS. I'm not on Nation; never have, never will.
That is good at least that we can find common ground regarding NDN.
Too many of your posts are reposts from some other handle, including your BS post on Palin.
You don't have the Stones to tell the truth.
What does a friend of Kerry have to do with the congressman from Ill.?
Nothing, You're a complete Buffoon.
You are about 3 steps behind the band on all of this. I wish you enlightenment at some point in your future.

No homeowner 'received loans' from Fannie or Freddie. You don't take out a loan from either, but ultimately, most loans are backed by one or the other.
Nonetheless, if this damages Bachmann, fine by me.

I advise you to do a quick search on the role that Fannie and Freddie play in the home mortgage industry. You clearly are uninformed. No homeowner has ever 'received loans' from Freddie and Fannie, as you stated.
...and I can't speak for Fannie, but I have made several loans to "homes".
Fannie & Freddie don't loan, they securitize. And most everyone probably has no idea that their loan is/was backed by them. But, it makes a good headline to say that Bachmann received a loan from them. Let her squirm.

And my post has nothing to do with Michelle, it has to do with these cronies that feel that they have a perpetual meal ticket on our dime, as long long as they can garner the more powerful PACS compared to their opponent(s).
The Founding Fathers' idea of public service was for the most successful of those in society to devote 2 years to public service and then GET OUT!
These fuckers, these days, milk it for power, graft, indulgence, apathy and perpetual campaign contributions.

TermLimitsOrElse.com
That's the name of my new web site. I wonder how long it will last?
....were smart and savvy enough to vote out the professional
politicians who made a career out of bilking the taxpayers.
Unfortunately the voters blindly vote for the ones who promise
to "bring home the bacon" and promise more "free" goodies. It's
next to impossible to topple the incumbents once they settle
inside the beltway. My attitude has now done a 180.
Do you happen to recall the last time term limits were a serious proposal on the national level? I do. It was 1994. And I voted for that agenda. It didn't take Newt and the boys to retract that piece of the contract. The parties are the central, corrupting force in American politics. And the minute you begin to quibble over which party is more corrupt, you've lost the argument.
The parties are money-generating ventures. They exist to raise money to elect members of the club, who, in turn, become lobbyists and lackeys for corporations, unions and other entities that seek to maneuver our government. It's mutually enriching. The last thing either party wants are term limits. Incumbents bring in more dollars over time and are more valuable to the special interests pouring money into the system. It's akin to giving up your star players who produce year after year for a bunch of unproven rookies.
If you implemented term limits right now, it wouldn't affect the change you wish. You will simply get more of the same. The parties see to this. Again, to reference those Repubs from 1994 "revolution." Within a couple years, most got with the program. The ones who didn't were generally out of office.
Of course if I were to act like you, I would chide you for stating the obvious...
However, I disagree with your conclusion that implementing term limits right now wouldn't significantly effect change. The key is that the enforcers who whip the new guys into shape would be gone. If the term limits were short enough to be effective, then the gaps in influential power between the most senior and freshmen congressmen would be minimized.
And, frankly, my heart sank when I saw that this post met with some approval. My goal is to make a post that offends everyone. Every single person who reads it is offended. So I try and I fail. I will try harder next time. Eventually, that day will come.
Now, let's focus on our disagreements. With regards to your last point, you appear to misunderstand who is the plantation owner and who is delegated the job of whipping the boys into shape. You don't really think Boehner and Cantor are the masters, do you?
The gap you reference will simply be filled with something else to take the place of seniority. Some of these hayseeds who have been swept into office would fare worse in comparison to a fellow neophyte like your Rubio character. Seniority is about all they have in the present system. They would be even more susceptible to pressures and less likely to buck the conventional wisdom within the party. "Stars" like Marco would have disproportionate influence versus Senator Rube Myers from Iowa. At least in the present system, old Rube can accumulate seniority and occasionally steer policy in a different direction.
But the question remains...
