I Googled "frightening parts of Project 2025," and the first hits I went to, from The Nation, to liberal think tanks, use the obligatory, hysterical adjectives, but none quote specific policies that should scare us. Is anyone willing to actually quote specific lines and policies and inform us why lefties are justified for cowering under their afghans because of this document?

all depend on for safe food and drugs, as well as our air and water...i.e. the FDA and EPA?...with memories of Mad Cow Disease, Thalidomide, LA Smog, 'Love Canal', and Flint MI pipes, should we be placing our families' well-being in the hands of profit centric conservative corporate lobbyists?...Project 2025 wants to politicize that.

While nowhere near as long as Project 2025, the attached article synopsizes the document's scarier elements...like the one above.

now, as to one of Biden's economic Advisors Jared Bernstein...three universities (Including NYU and Columbia) have employed him to teach economics (see link) and Noble Prize Winner, Paul Krugman recommended him as an economic advisor...Kudos to him for also being an excellent musician and PhD in my wife's field of Social Work. Don't you wish you could be so gifted? Note that Mr. Bernstein does not control any phase of any government agency...like DJT and Project 2025 would like to do with "Loyal" conservatives, who should be Senate approved and not just put in positions that directly impact the lives of millions of Americans with their decisions...SEE THE DIFFERENCE, NED?

You and other MAGAs on this board like to tout yourselves as upstanding moral and ethical members of society and the Catholic Church,,,YET, you fervently promote a man who is a known Felon, Rapist, Fraud and Collaborator with our nation's worst enemy (see Campaign Manager, Paul Manafort, handing over internal polling data to a Russian Operative, Konstantin Kilimnik)...which proves you are lower than the lowest in any congregation.

Goal #3: Promoting Stable and Flourishing Married Families.

Families comprised of a married mother, father, and their children are the foundation of
a well-ordered nation and healthy society. Unfortunately, family policies and
programs under President Biden’s HHS are fraught with agenda items focusing
on “LGBTQ+ equity,” subsidizing single-motherhood, disincentivizing work, and
penalizing marriage. These policies should be repealed and replaced by policies
that support the formation of stable, married, nuclear families.

Working fathers are essential to the well-being and development of their
children, but the United States is experiencing a crisis of fatherlessness that is
ruining our children’s futures. In the overwhelming number of cases, fathers
insulate children from physical and sexual abuse, financial difficulty or poverty,
incarceration, teen pregnancy, poor educational outcomes, high school failure,
and a host of behavioral and psychological problems. By contrast, homes with
non-related “boyfriends” present are among the most dangerous place for a child
to be. HHS should prioritize married father engagement in its messaging, health,
and welfare policies.

In the context of current and emerging reproductive technologies, HHS policies
should never place the desires of adults over the right of children to be raised by
the biological fathers and mothers who conceive them. In cases involving biolog-
ical parents who are found by a court to be unfit because of abuse or neglect, the
process of adoption should be speedy, certain, and supported generously by HHS.

It's one thing to advocate for 'Stable, Nuclear Families'...but quite another to be blind to realities in which mothers and children are victimized by out of control and vicious fathers (see link)...this happens all too often...and btw, over 40% of first marriages in the U.S. end in divorce, so the odds of having Single Moms with Children are very high...they must be attended to, especially when the biological Fathers don't take responsibility...take it from my Social Worker Wife, it happens more than anyone would like.

Bottom Line..."Project 2025" is an Extreme Conservative Dreamland that is disrespectful of Reality and any other opinion...Donald Trump is a prime example of how badly things can become if he and his followers get to put it into action...he's a Criminal, Rapist, Fraud and Traitor...and that is indeed SCARY.
