There is absolutely NO legitimate reason for this. None.
Is there something that they wish to hide? If not, why stall?
There is no foreign policy reason - we already know that our enemies want Harris to win, and that they are willing to attack Trump or assist some opponent in doing so.
If there is an unexpected collaborator, then congress needs to know.
Let the rationalizations from the Left begin! ""You see conspiracies everywhere!". It is not we who are behaving inexplicably and consistent with guilt....again (remember the hiding of IRS, CIA, FBI, and NIH behavior that later proved to be egregious).
