Obviously to speak against free speech in the abstract would make him just like the Democrats, so I oppose that. That's just asinine. The answer to bad free speech is always more good free speech, never censorship.
But, it is interesting to note that he is talking about people trying to sway the votes of justices on cases before them, and we do have rules on that sort of thing. Isn't it illegal to target justices for that purpose? Picket their homes, etc., make them feel unsafe, to sway their opinions?
