Untrustworthy Iran used the idiotic appeasement $ to advance their program. JCPOA was never approved
by congress. Obama (nor Biden) could never get even enough Democrat votes when Dems controlled both the House, the Senate, and the WH.
Obama was warned by congress that it was a fools errand to trust Iran and allow an untrustworthy UN to oversee the compliance. He was told that JCPOA should never, ever be honored beyond his administration because it would be disallowed the moment Dems were out of office.
In all previous instances where an Adm was looking out for its' country, that would have meant that the deal would not go forward. But never underestimate the Obama ego.
But with great hubris, Obama did it anyways because he was worried about having a great foreign policy legacy and he is Islamocentric in his policies - being favorable to Islam and seeing Israel's nuclear capabilities being an imbalance in the Middle East.
The foolish JCPOA presidential edict of Obama (note again that it was NEVER a treaty ratified by congress) was indeed ended as we knew the Iranians would play this to their advantage as long as they could. The got pallets of cash from Obama and unfrozen assets from previous violations. Biden unfroze more of their assets.
Now Iran seeks to assassinate former president Trump, and it has also hacked Trump's campaign and given it to Harris' campaign to help the Dems win. They foment war in the ME with aid to Hezbollah and Hamas as well as attacks on Israel.
Our enemy supports the Democrat Party strongly, and your party courts their votes as well...that should tell you something.

THE FACTS: There was no $150 billion payout from the U.S. treasury. The money he refers to represents Iranian assets held abroad that were frozen until the deal was reached and Tehran was allowed to access its funds.

Apparently you are unaware that the JCPOA wouldn't stop Iran from developing a nuclear weapon. There is a reason Democrats never even tried to convert it into a treaty. It wouldn't have stood the light of that level of analysis.
If Iran were honorable and trustworthy (what do YOU think about that?), it would have, at best, delayed their nuclear weapons program...until about now.
