Would be refreshing if Trump could win and change FEMA's #1 goal to be emergency management. But, let's face it, the Dems may get another 4 years of this. I would not be surprised to find out that the Democrats have set the #1 Goal of the U.S. Military to be Equity...followed by Climate Change...followed by defending the United States from enemies.
