Btw Chris, you falsely claimed that these people "can't vote" when in fact they have appeared on voter rolls which means that libs can harvest their ballots and sneak them in because of other safeguards you have seen to have removed. If they should ever receive the amnesty that Dems are aiming for, then they will be more likely to vote Dem since so many will be dependent on the govt.
BUT THAT ASIDE, illegals can and do count for the apportionment of electoral voted for a state based on its overall population. In fact, the GOP put forward a bill that would have ended this practice, but Dems blocked it with their majority in the senate.
And of course, we all know why they did that too.

Repeated investigations show that many previously listed non-citizens are now citizens who would be
denied their voting rights...any attempts by non-citizens to vote would be discovered by a hand count in close elections...and the actual incidences have NEVER affected an election.

path to citizenship, or more permanent status...note that the amount of taxes paid by undocumented immigrants is currently on the order of $100B in federal, state and local taxes. They should be recognized in reapportionment decisions.

Just to give you a heads up and make it fair - that happens every presidential election. In fact, more republicans attempt to vote illegally than any other group each election cycle.
They are sent ballots.With no voter ID &unmonitored drop boxes(ex WI),their ballots can be harvested
and sent in this way. Thus, their ballots are used while they never go in and vote.
In some states, the ballots are mailed to a requested location filled out by Dem volunteers, in others, the ballots can be requested without ID.
