Trump's support is merely steady among the blue color and rural crowds... but educated suburban types have grown less than enthused with the Harris/Walz ticket.
And then there is our sizeable Arab community... which looks totally disenchanted with the whole election.
Meanwhile, the Dems have not found any candidate to follow in Obama's footsteps.
As Alabama fans will tell you... it's tough to follow a legend.
Will come down to 2 things:
1.) Does hate of Trump outweigh ambivalence about Harris.
2.) Are there any down ticket races or ballot initiatives people are passionate about to turn out. Here in Missouri (not a swing state), people seem motivated to get out and vote on an initiative for sports betting. Also much interest both for/against Abortion related state constitutional amendment.
I suppose some of those people will vote for President while they are voting on these other items :-)
It all depends on how much the Hitler message is believed. If it is just a matter of "I like Trump" or "I like Kamala," people would stay home and not bother voting. But, if people think that Hitler will prevent them from killing babies, then they might show up to vote even though they don't like Harris.
It doesn’t take much to swing back the other way.
Not much difference in the Michigan electorate in 4 years. Swing states swing with relatively minor sea changes amongst the electorate’s sentiments.
We will soon learn whether Michigan wants Trump to become the face and character of our nation.

There was for Hillary because she was going to be the first female President. No one even mentions this about Kamala. I’m guessing that she’s just not a known figure in the Midwest and has done little to endear herself to flyover country voters.
For me it’s a civic duty to keep a madman out of the Oval. Jaysus man, I voted for Hills to keep him out. Made me want to throw up. I would do it again though.
At McDonald’s there, they apparently call the quarter pounder a Royale With Cheese.

"Get it straight buster - I'm not here to say please, I'm here to tell you what to do and if self-preservation is an instinct you possess you'd better fucking do it and do it quick. I'm here to help - if my help's not appreciated then lotsa luck, gentlemen."
Most of us here, because we have personal experiences, know this is a 50/50 election that can go either way. In the end 50% are right and 50% are wrong. But Germans learned US election news only through MSM without any personal experiences. That's why overwhelming majority of them believe Harris will win.

I got a text yesterday telling me that early voting starts on 10/25 so go vote now so that you don't have to choose between voting and missing class....again what appears to be a state sponsored reminder campaign.
Note how Whitmer uses the tax payer resources to remind the demographic most likely to vote Dem in order to skew things the Dems way. I am sure this will be denied...lol.
Still, my Trump supporting child away at school and my parents have all cast early votes for Trump, and I do sense a LOT more early voting activity among Republicans.
so no interest in speaking with me. I took the Kamala propaganda and pitched it in the trash.
