Can't remember the journalist who initially broke the story that Joe was dropping out, but there's one conspicuous fact that he got wrong: That Joe was not endorsing Harris.
So, then look at the timeline, Joes post to social media with the letter, then 29 mins later there's a post that he endorses Harris.
So, I am suggesting that a Harris loyalist added the last part.
