HCQ+ worked, as hundreds of doctors who used it and kept meticulous records will tell you (including Dr. George Fareed and Savannah's Dr. Stephen Herman). As an aside, since you childishly refuse to read Dr. Risch's paper, how about getting on the phone or send an email to Fareed or Herman so they can tell you about their success with HCQ+?

...done because Dr. Fauci had been working with Moderna for many years on mRNA technology, and knew how to navigate the Medical bureaucracy...a very unique skill set that was critical to "Fast Tracking" the COVID-19 vaccines...which were then "Warp Speeded" into production.

Under Dr. Fauci's leadership, instead of taking 20 mo's to get a vaccine into initial human trials,
it took only 3 mo's from genome receipt to Phase 1 trials with Moderna's mRNA-1273...and it eventually demonstrated 95+% efficacy...and in those days, Trump was saying SARS-CoV-2 was either a hoax or would go away on its own by Easter...or when Summer came around...finally, when he couldn't wish the disease away, he suggested the use of Disinfectants or UV light as a remedy.
btw, Operation "Warp Speed" was just a procurement bill to put Fauci's and Moderna's mRNA-1273 vaccine into to mass production...without Dr. Fauci's understanding of mRNA technology, and long association with Moderna, plus his skills in navigating NIH's labyrinth of procedures for drug approval, it would have taken much longer to get those life saving vaccine shots in people's arms.
