Maybe you should look at the law on the subject.
Many federal courts have sided with inmates in these cases. I don’t agree with it at all, but counties have paid hundreds of thousands of dollars litigating these cases just to have to do the surgeries. That’s what Kams meant when she said she would and has followed the law in this area. Of course the morons here and elsewhere that talk out their ass on this subject have no idea of the realities facing prison officials on the issue.
