It completely wiped me out, and I didn't watch any of the election nor the CFP. The newer vaccine is life long though, and anyone with shingles will tell you, it's well worth it.

the way, most people who think that they have never had the chicken pox have actually had a subclinical case of it.
Or. at least, my doctor did.

I had a bad case of chicken pox when I was in high school, and I never want to be sick like that again.
I've been waiting to be vaccinated. A lifetime dose sounds awesome, no matter the initial reaction.

be glad for the vaccine... this is awful
Not fun.
Had it at 40; thought I was having heart attack. Haven’t had shot though. Good reminder.

I've heard it is a bitch.
I didn’t notice any reaction at all, but it wiped my wife out.
the new vaccine is life long, much lower failure rate (90% effective), but it requires 2 vaccination shots 2 to 6 months apart, and it knocks a lot of people for a loop for about 2 days.

the pharmacy told me I got the second when I went to get the follow up. Taking a chance now.
