Had things gone the opposite way, I likely would've taken some time away from the banter here.
He probably expected that he'd have logged on to some "nose-rubbing" or such, which I don't blame him for expecting. For the same reason, I would've taken a sabbatical. I applaud those who said their peace last night or early this morning. No reason for them to watch the ball-spiking for the next few days.
