Main Alvin Bragg witness in his prosecution of Daniel Penney admits that he lied

This is yet another, even worse prosecution by Bragg. Bragg is clearly prosecuting this Good Samaritan because he is white and the victim was black.
I would think that Trump would pardon him, but that is 3 months away, and i doubt that Penney would stay alive that long in prison.
