The foods today are not just over processed, they're over engineered. Just take a look at a simple food, bread. So many chemicals listed on today's breads. They're not bread anymore by definition. They're variants of cake. A true bread is just flour, water, salt and yeast. Nuts and seeds can be add in. That's all. If you want more flavors, a little bit oil/butter and herbs as add in are okay. Nothing else. If you want to eat cake, just go to eat cake. Don't make breads cakey.

It's funny how RFK Jr wants vaccine testing to be done with the same rigor as drugs to market, and he is branded as "anti vax".
I noticed that when I (correctly in retrospect) stated that healthy children should not be given the COVID vaccine routinely based on the data, I was also branded an "anti-vaxer" by these same uneducated types whose sole source of information was their MSM and politically selective Googling since they wouldn't know what to do with data if their life depended on it.
I am not comfortable with RFKJr on some issues, but on the whole, he will be a massive upgrade....esp in the food oversight aspect.
I warned during COVID that the loss of credibility from the many lies from Fauci, et al in the NIH, CDC, FDA, and Big Pharma was going to cause irreperable harm to the necessary public trust in these institutions. At this point, I believe that the ONLY effective solution is to tear them down, drain them of their politically driven lackeys, and start over anew.
RFK is the type of nominee that can get this done.
