Tesla has a huge head start on any other EV brand and they are already profitable...so, in the long term interest of ensuring consumers have price competition, it's wise to bias those necessary tax breaks toward the up-and-comers, like Rivian.

Her trial testamony was she went back a second time so her claim was barred from going to the jury.
She testified that because she and Newsom are in politics and Harvey made large donations she was willing to go meet up with him again and willingly had sex again with Harvey despite claiming that following her first tyrst with Harvey she made a rape allegation. It is curious that one does not see photos of them as a couple, not even from the French Laundry outing.
