I actually think that the fault was primarily William’s for not calling the play faster.
Eberflus was trying to hang on to the time out on 3rd down for the kick….he kept expecting Williams to call the play. When he didn’t, it was too late to call time out from the sidelines for anything other than an end zone toss and Williams did go up to the line but wasted more time.
...and taking two sacks on the final drive.
