Looks like they have needlessly "modernized" Notre Dame Cathedral. Oh well.

I suspect some woke modifications from the French Govt that gave us the opening ceremonies of the Olympics. It is too bad that they literally stole this church from it’s worshippers. I doubt that they will stop with tasteless modernization. -

...since the Cathedral was started back in the 12th century, I suspect that there have been a few 'modernizations' in the intervening years ;-)...
Just enjoy the fact that it has been restored...and save your carping for another day.
