“If a president were to issue pardons in order to block an investigation […], that would constitute obstruction of justice.”

Reminder, this is the conversation that was being had in 2018. Seems pretty clear to me that going back to 2014 is obstruction of justice. Of course, this is totally different, right?

Raking in millions for the Biden Crime Family and getting plum jobs in industries that he knew nothing about should be forgiven.

C’mon, man!

Same time of 4 years ago MSM wildly accused Trump of "preemptive pardon on his kids" which is proven

a fake news. Trump didnt issue a pardon on his kid. You will find out that most arguments they used then against Trump, just like the one you pointed out obstruction of justice, are absent today against Biden.

Aren’t pardons official acts, doofus? Would he not have immunity under that lame SCOTUS decision?

The pardon power is pretty much absolute, as I understand it. Whether it is obstruction of justice or not, it is nonetheless allowed by the Constitution. But, we are also allowed to criticize it...as no doubt people who are defending Biden now will soon be criticizing Trump.

Biden is a piker compared to him. And it is gonna get much much worse.

My comment is directed at the moron thread starter claiming it could be a crime.
