The pardon power is pretty much absolute, as I understand it. Whether it is obstruction of justice or not, it is nonetheless allowed by the Constitution. But, we are also allowed to criticize it...as no doubt people who are defending Biden now will soon be criticizing Trump.
Biden is a piker compared to him. And it is gonna get much much worse.
