How the hell did this Penny case even go to trial? The guy saved lives that day and now we find the
guy was drugged up too and people of all races and ethnicities were scared as hell. Who steps up now with this even going to trial?

How? Because the D.A. is Soros-funded Fat Alvin Bragg.
He belongs behind bars, not prosecuting cases.

Use of force required. Moral obligation to disengage if assailant is incapacitated.
Cause and manner of death could be debated. Perceived ongoing threat also debatable.
Not an open and shut case.
I tend to believe that Penny tried to immobilize the assailant and reduced the power of the hold..
Who knows what the jury will decide.

I guess those are the legal applications of law you are speaking of, I am only going by common sense
because of the fear so many had on the subway that day. The guy even spoke to the police without an attorney before he knew the guy had died. No maliciousness only regret he had to do what he had to do.

Race is playing a big part in this.
The media is doing their usual part by showing Jordan Neely pictures smiling from years ago. Usually it's in cap and gown or in a prom tux.
