He belongs behind bars, not prosecuting cases.
Use of force required. Moral obligation to disengage if assailant is incapacitated.
Cause and manner of death could be debated. Perceived ongoing threat also debatable.
Not an open and shut case.
I tend to believe that Penny tried to immobilize the assailant and reduced the power of the hold..
Who knows what the jury will decide.
I guess those are the legal applications of law you are speaking of, I am only going by common sense
because of the fear so many had on the subway that day. The guy even spoke to the police without an attorney before he knew the guy had died. No maliciousness only regret he had to do what he had to do.
