Not talking self defense but passive manslaughter. MAGA wants everyone stupid and obedient.
I personally feel Penny did not mean to kill the man, but the evidence needed to be heard. Just like a car accident where a death occurrs.

Dunno about that. There is something called prosecutorial discretion. This case shouldn’t have been
brought and likely wouldn’t have been if the defendant was’t white and the victim black. That’s just the truth.

He threatened a ton of people around him. Penny stepped up because people who could not protect
themselves were threatened and very scared. Common sense man, don't let your liberal mind get in the way of common sense.
This case reveals the corruption and bias of Bragg and his office. Stupid and dangerous.

This is correct. He was a clear threat of serious bodily injury or death to other passengers.
Case should not have been brought.
